DELTA, Colo. (July 11, 2025) — The U.S. Forest Service continues to respond to multiple wildfire incidents across the Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre and Gunnison National Forests. Firefighting personnel are working diligently to contain active fires and ensure public safety.
Indian Creek Fire: The fire has burned three acres and is smoldering. Smoke may be visible in local areas for the next couple of days. Fire crews will continue to monitor the fire. There are no closures.
Spring Camp Fire: The fire has burned less than one acre and is controlled. Fire crews will continue to monitor the fire. There are no closures.
Patterson Fire: The fire has burned less than one and has been called out. There are no closures.
Rip Fire (Sandborn Park): The fire burned less than one acre, is in patrol status and 100% contained. There are no closures.
Pine Ridge Fire: The fire burned less than one acre and is 100% contained. There are no closures.
As wildfire activity continues across the region, smoke impacts are likely to affect air quality in surrounding communities.
